Shipping and Delivery

Given the Enhanced Community Quarantine, deliveries will be booked between 10 AM - 12 NN via Grab or Lalamove, every Mondays and Thursdays only.  Delivery charges will depend on your location and higher rates are expected as our HQ is currently located in Quezon City. 

 

Important Notice: Please let us know if your area is under total lockdown. We will waive your shipping fee and delivery will then proceed once ECQ is lifted. 


 

Returns and Exchanges

Before shipping out orders, we thoroughly check and sanitize our products, assuring only the best quality. Nevertheless, if satisfaction isn’t met, product exchange or return may be issued within 10 days of delivery.

 

Items must be returned in unused and original condition. You may ship using any method of your choice, at your expense.
